I am so impressed with Alliance. I have hEDS and require a knee brace to keep me going until a knee replacement. The staff has gone over and beyond in the client/customer service I have received, and I cannot thank them enough. It's already difficult dealing with chronic pain, and all the different decisions and recommendations, doctors appointments etc.. so for a team to help me with a complex brace and really work with me on this is a really big deal. So yes, "Alliance is the place... for a great quality brace." A little "jingle" unintended, but good! Thanks Alliance! Beth especially ☺️

The staff here really is wonderful. Very kind customer service. But, they always seem to be short handed. I give 4 stars because there just seems to be such a shortage of staff members here in this Gainesville location. It's difficult to get in for a fitting so be prepared, only if you're really lucky, they might have a brace to fit. Most often then not it needs to be ordered. I get that- custom fit. Alliance is going to become very busy with the increase of population. I sure hope they hire educated staff to help. I hope this tidbit helps. Beth and Lettie helped me today after PT. We went to this kind place to be fitted for an orthotic leg brace for my totally immobile fiancé’. They surprisingly made a full cast of his actual leg, took off the cast and sent it to have a brace made that precisely fit his leg. It was the first time he could use his leg in 4 years! He was an outdoorsman so he got to choose his favorite camouflage material for the orthotic. When we came back to get the actual “Roboleg” and tried it the first time - he was able to actually balance and walk with a lil help. The staff is wonderful and highly supportive during every step. Today we are here to get minor sections on the orthotic remedied. I feel that NO ONE would EVER be made to feel uncomfortable or uncared for at this business or location. Do your homework- research and read review’s people leave, as they are typically the truth. M

Love this clinic. Very understanding and caring Dr. and other personnel as well. But seems telephone is disconnected. Keeps telling me I can't call number as dialed. Someone please give me an alternative number,I need to pay for some prosthetic supplies.

Really like this doctor. She was wonderful with my friend. Lovely, caring personality.
